Jiem Heng has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, 10 of which were spent managing CTRM projects in the commodities sector, covering  oil, grains, sugar and rubber. His effective leadership in managing consultants and developers has resulted in the successful implementation of customised CTRM systems for over a dozen commodities companies.

Equipped with both technical and industry knowledge, Jiem Heng is proficient in functional design of modules, trading and risk management, front office functionalities, and back office processes, including settlement, taxation and ERP integration.

His keen eye for detail, coupled with his ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with clients to navigate complex issues, ensures that team members remain focused throughout the project lifecycle, consistently delivering tailored solutions that align with clients’ requirements.
